Postage & Packing is charged at £7.50 per order. We aim to have delivered your order within 7 days from receipt (if your order is more urgent, please contact us). All orders are despatched by either Carrier or Royal Mail -
a signature is required.
All telephones are sold with 14 days home approval and 12 months warranty. If any product does not meet with your expectations, please initially contact us quoting the associated Invoice Number and then return it to us in the condition supplied for a full refund of the purchase cost.
In the unlikely event that a product fails within the warranty period, before returning it, please contact us quoting the associated Invoice Number and advise us of the nature of the fault. If necessary, we will either repair or replace the product at our discression, and return it to you at our cost.
